Admix Portal website launches along with a closed beta program

We are pleased to announce the launch of our front end website. Admix Portal is the next-generation customer portal for Managed Service Providers (MSP).


One of the main advantages of MSPs is the value-added services bundled with support and more often than not, End Users are not aware of all of the services available and their status and/or activities. And if they are aware of the services in the service stack, the multitude of portals and logins is a major deterrent from using these services and therefore do not get utilized. This creates several issues for MSPs in terms of maintaining relationships and even retaining customers.


Admix Portal helps solve these issues by providing a white label portal for MSP End Users to view and manage their service-related requests and IT-related services that are part of the MSP stack.

As Admix Portal is gearing up for a public launch, a small group of qualified MSPs interested in using the portal and providing feedback, can now join the beta. In appreciation for their participation and feedback, beta testers will also receive special "early adopter" pricing at a significant discount once the service goes live. Until then, they are able to use the service at no charge.


Below are the minimum requirements to qualify for the closed beta program:


  • MSP must use ConnectWise for their PSA

  • MSP must be using NinjaOne for their RMM

  • MSP Must have at least 5 active customer companies

  • MSP must have more than 100, but fewer than 1000 end users
